Skater chick turned prissy girl turned rocker Avril Lavigne has signed up to join the party people in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve.
Avril will be ringing in the new year at Planet Hollywood's new hotspot Prive. Hopefully she'll leave her extra black eyeliners at home.
