Las Vegas has a new spot and it will make you feel like you’re on a different planet…Hollywood that is! This past weekend Planet Hollywood resort and Casino opened its doors with a big bang. Stars flocked to the legendary Las Vegas Strip to celebrate the grand opening of the hotel. If we can describe the hotel in two words it’s retro-chic.
From the gigantic Swarovski crystal chandeliers in the glamorous lobby, to the cutting edge casino floor, everything was done in high fashion--not to mention their 2,600 movie-themed rooms and suites, Pink’s Race and Sports Book Lounge serving Hollywood’s most famous hot dogs, New York’s most acclaimed upscale steakhouse, celebrity favorite KOI, Yolos Mexican restaurant, Planet Dailies, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and the acclaimed Spice Market Buffet.
It doesn’t end there, the nightlife features Living Room and Prive which brings South Beach chic to the resort and a retail environment with over 170 retail outlets. Best part of it all is that on any given night you can catch Pamela Anderson take the stage with magician Hans Klok in ”Beauty of Magic”.
After a weekend at this resort, Hollyscoop feels like its found a new home in Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood. We’ve checked in and we’re not checking out!
